Community Guidelines

At Lynn RE, Inc., we strive to create a supportive and engaging environment for our community to discuss properties and connect with other users. Our Community Guidelines aim to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. Please note that you must be at least 13 years old to join our community.

These guidelines apply to all content and interactions on Lynn RE, Inc., including comments, discussion boards, and chat messages. We reserve the right to take immediate action against users who violate these guidelines.

Sexual Content

We strictly prohibit any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. This includes sharing child sexual exploitation imagery, grooming, or any form of sexual extortion. We report all instances of child exploitation to the authorities.

We also prohibit the promotion, distribution, or sharing of pornographic content and any commercial activities related to pornography. Non-sexual nudity, such as breastfeeding, is generally permitted.

Harassment & Bullying

We do not tolerate bullying or harassment of any kind. This includes sexual harassment, sending unwanted explicit images, and sharing someone’s private information without their consent (doxxing). Respect others’ privacy and remove any content if someone depicted asks you to do so.

Threats, Violence & Harm

Encouraging or engaging in violent or dangerous behavior is prohibited. Do not intimidate, threaten, or harm anyone or their property. Gratuitous or graphic violence, including animal abuse, is not allowed. We do not allow content that glorifies self-harm or promotes eating disorders.

False or Deceptive Information

Spreading false or malicious information is prohibited. This includes denying tragic events, making unsubstantiated medical claims, undermining civic processes, or manipulating content to deceive others. Impersonating others for harmful purposes and engaging in spam or fraudulent activities are also prohibited.

Illegal or Regulated Activities

Do not use Lynn RE, Inc. to post or promote illegal activities. This includes buying, selling, or facilitating the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods. The promotion of regulated goods, such as gambling, tobacco, or alcohol, must comply with local laws.

Hateful Content, Terrorism, and Violent Extremism

We do not tolerate content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or hate speech. This includes content that demeans or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Reporting and Enforcement

You can report violations of these guidelines through our in-app reporting features or by completing a form on our website. We review reports to determine if our guidelines have been violated. Actions we may take include removing content, restricting account access, or notifying law enforcement. If your account is terminated for violating these guidelines, you are not permitted to create another account or circumvent the termination in any way.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for users who pose a danger to others, both on and off our platform. This includes individuals known for inciting violence or severe harm.
